Despite my long wedding planner career, organizing Hande and Jared marriage was not easy at all. They are a Turkish couple who decided to organize a three-day ceremony in Venice, one of the top 10 wedding venues in Italy. So I organized the entire event day by day, in three different and beautiful locations.
First day: the wedding ceremony took place in the Venetian Palace Ca’ Farsetti, not so far from Rialto Bridge, followed by an amazing lunch at Cip’s Club Belmond Hotel Cipriani terrace.
A White Grand Piano and saxophone played during the lunch, with a decor of baby vases in pastel color roses.
Second day: the wedding party at Pisani Moretta, a 15th Century Palace on the Grand Canal, was the real wow effect thanks to many special and sumptuous details, like the gourmet menu by Alajmo Catering, enhanced by a Venetian touch to welcome the guests, arriving by boat on the gran canale, 2 venetian masks and a single violin playing all the most famous venetian songs from Casanova theme.
The inner room of the Palace has been set up in Venetian style, elegant and refined: a single long table decorated by a unique linen tablecloth produced for the occasion and embroided napkins with the monogram of the couple. With the aim of creating a magical and astonishing atmosphere, I decided to embellish the room with pastel-colored flowers in the tones of salmon, pink and apricot, Murano candelabras and million candles. Hande and Jared wanted to give their guests an unforgettable event, so we decided together for the exibition of the Soprano Quartet during the dinner, who performed famous Italian classic songs from “Caruso” to “Time to say goodbye”. The last amazing detail was the wedding cake “Kate and William” style: monumental and with the couple golden monogram. How did we complete the wow effect? The arrival and the departure of guests by boat along the Gran Canal.
Third day: for the day after the party I organized a farewell brunch on the terrace of the Bauer Hotel to say “Goodbye and thank you” to all the guests in the perfect venetian style.
Best wishes to Hande and Jared, who tied the knot in Venice.
