At the opening of the bridal fashion week, Elisabetta Polignano collection is a special tribute to woman. It expresses an ideal of complete femininity, aimed at all women and able to reflect the uniqueness of each of them, from the most romantic and dreamy to the toughest rocker. From soft silk tulle to georgette, from mikado to linen, and from the innovative use of eco-leather and paper-effect non-woven fabrics to the use of ultramodern silk organza embroidered in PVC.
“The dresses in the 2019 Collections are meant as a celebration of the heroine that is concealed in every woman, tracing the stages of her evolution over time, her path towards emancipation, her courage to dare and the freedom to live her passions,” explains Elisabetta Polignano. “Hence they embrace all her facets, they capture the multiple personalities of each one. From the great ones that have gone before to each of us, struggling with the challenges of our day and of our daily life: that is why I wanted to give all the models the names of women who have left their mark on History through their struggles and their conquests”.
Every gown is unique, because it is made entirely by hand and entirely Made in Italy, the fruit of expert tailoring and research, refined design and profound innovation, and meticulous attention to every detail.
