MY VIEW ON WHAT MAKES LAKE COMO THE ULTIMATE WEDDING DESTINATION
from a Lake Como Wedding Planner.

If you are considering to choose Lake Como for your destination wedding in Italy, according to me these are the 3 reason for doing so:

Scenery

if your ideal backdrop is the view on the Lake (of course it is!!!) you have the most stunning villas in a range of approximately 20 kilometres shore: I am sure I can help you to find the perfect one for you.
Ceremony and Reception can be at the same venue but consider that a religious ceremony on Lake Como is quite difficult to obtain. 
Como Parish in fact, to regulate the huge demand of weddings is very very strict: you can get married in a church belonging to Como Parish only if one of the 2 spouses is resident!
The only churches who allow religious destination weddings are on the eastern shores.
and here we connect to the second point: make sure to plan boat ride… on a Riva boat please!!!

Romantic Transportation

It’s one of my favorite aspects, although a bit risky from a Lake Como wedding planner point of view, because you always have to consider bad weather plan – remember, it is al Alpine Lake!!!
On Lake Como the best way to get around is by boat.

I know that the word exclusivity recall another word: budget!!! And we always end there!!!!
Lake Como is a place where half of the world wants to get married, but not everyone can afford it! be aware it is high priced.
I always want to give some exclusivity to each destination wedding I plan, but even more in Lake Como: Villa Pizzo, Villa del Balbianello, Villa il Balbiano, Villa Passalaqua, Villa Pliniana are all the most stunning villas I work with, because the guarantee full privacy to guests, in a natural setting of a private residence.
The suppliers service on Lake Como is very high end: you can find locally talent companies for florals and decor, light and sound and music.
It is not a eventuality that John Legend, Emily Blunt and John Krasinski, Mukesh Ambani’s daughter, Bollywood celeb Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh recited to tie the know on the marvellous shores!
