Winter Wedding Time! My tips Part 1

Although 90% of couples prefer to get married during the summer season, there’s nothing more cozy, romantic and intimate than a winter wedding.
Many winter wedding ideas contribute to make it special: in my career I had the chance to plan a winter wedding in the city of Milan, in the island of Capri, and they all had the unique feel rouge of a wonderland wedding atmosphere.

All these destinations have a special atmosphere during festivities, either if you choose to get married by the fireplace in a small villa privatised all for you or if you decide to throw a lavish party or transfer your celebration into a Christmas wedding.
Fairy lights all over, red, green and gold decorations, festive tables decor: how magical is it to incorporate your wedding into this atmosphere?

What should you expect as a winter wedding arrangement?
An abundance of beautiful blooms, many shades of red, from deep purple to crisp orange. Roses are always in season, you can mix them with green and silver foliage, berries, persimmons, dahlias and red amaryllis.

Take advantage of the chilly weather to offer a different menu, elegant but not over elaborated: instead of canapè, cold cuts and cheese food stations, why don’t you opt for more comfort food? baked appetisers, soups in mini portable mugs.
and for the sweetest moment, in addition or in place of the wedding cake, offer war chocolate soufflé or a chocolate fountain!

These pictures and arrangements ideas are sure to inspire.

The next winter wedding I’d love to plan? In the Alps, with a fun cabin trip to reach the location and snow all over! Is there a more magical way to say “I DO”?
