Situated in Greve in Chianti, approximately 50 min drive from Florence city centre, it is also known as the “Monnalisa Villa”: in fact the main villa was built by the Gherardini family, and Monnalisa Gherardini is the “Gioconda” painted by Leonardo between 1503 and 1506.

The Villa is one of the most beautiful Renaissance Villas in Tuscany. Its current splendour is the result of restoration works that occurred in the 15th and 16th centuries. The estate extends for more than 200 hectares in the hills of the Chianti. There is a beautiful classical internal courtyard, romantic cellars and a lovely garden around the villa with paths to reach its farmhouses. The Villa is surrounded by endless vineyards.

Outdoor areas where banquets are organized: Garden of Elm Oaks, Terrace in front of the Historical Cellar, Villa Garden (max 140 guests).
Indoor areas for banquets: Monnalisa Restaurant, rooms facing the historical cellars (max 80 guests).

Barbecues or informal rehearsal dinners can be organized the day before in a casual buffet style with home-made pasta, grilled meat, trays beef, loin, pork ribs, sausages and mix salad and dessert
